JRSS builds accessible systems for government — and holds its own website to the same standard.
JRSS is committed to making jrssinc.com accessible to the widest possible audience, in conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the spirit of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. This site is built with semantic structure, keyboard navigability, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, text alternatives for meaningful graphics, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
Accessibility is not a one-time audit for us — it's the same discipline we bring to the citizen-facing systems we build for agencies, where Section 508 conformance is a delivery requirement, not a nice-to-have.
